Erica is a Health Educator and Public Health Consultant with over 15 years of experience in community health. Whether facilitating a workshop or conducting research, Erica has found her niche in the ability to deliver meaningful content and help organizations move from talk to action.
With an extensive background in nutrition, she has worked closely with federal nutrition programs such as WIC, CACFP, and SFSP, ensuring that individuals and families can access nutritious meals, education, and the resources they need.
Her dedication to health and wellness extends to her work with expectant parents. As a Lactation Consultant, she supports families preparing for and navigating their infant feeding journeys with compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies. Erica is dedicated to ensuring that equity and humanity are at the center of everything she does.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Promotion, a Master of Public Health, and a Certificate in Community Nutrition. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). An Arizona native, she lives in Phoenix with her husband and two sons.
